Pumpkin truffles are bite-sized, rich treats that capture the flavors of fall. This is the perfect easy fall dessert that only requires 4 ingredients.

Ingredients
18 golden oreos
4 oz cream cheese
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
8 oz vanilla candy melts
fall sprinkles (optional)
Directions
- In a large food processor, pulse the oreos until they form fine crumbs.
- Add the cream cheese and pumpkin pie spice and pulse again until you have a well-combined dough.
- Roll the dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt the candy melts in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring each time until fully melted.
- Use a fork to coat the truffles and gently shake off the excess before placing back on the parchment-lined baking sheet. If desired, immediately top each truffle with sprinkles (they will not stick once the candy melts set).
- Place back in the freezer for 10 minutes to allow to fully set. Enjoy!
