A homemade version of the classic Little Debbie treat, featuring chewy caramel & marshmallow, crispy rice cereal, and chocolate.

Ingredients
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup caramel bits
4 cups mini marshmallows
4 cups crispy rice cereal
Directions
- Add the butter, chocolate chips, and caramel bits to a large pan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring often, until fully melted and smooth. Add in the marshmallows and stir until smooth.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the crispy rice cereal until well combined. Allow to cool for a few minutes so that it is still warm, but not hot, to the touch.
- Scoop into ¼ cup sized balls and flatten slightly into discs. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and allow to cool completely.
