- My blondies as pictured are noticeably underbaked. This is how I personally like them! For gooey, underbaked blondies like mine, bake at 350F for 20 minutes. The center will jiggle slightly and will sink in a bit once cooled. For firmer blondies, bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set. I will say, the firmer blondies tend to look prettier since the center does not sink in.
- Cookie butter can be found in most grocery stores near the peanut butter/jelly. Biscoff cookie butter is fairly expensive, so I usually opt for the store brand. I think it’s just as good!
