Ingredients

  • 3 cups 3 Shredded Wheat cereal, lightly crushed

  • 1 11oz bag 1 Butterscotch chips

  • 1 9oz bag 1 Cadbury Mini Eggs

Directions

  • Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Melt the butterscotch chips by microwaving (in a microwave-safe bowl) in 30-second increments, stirring each time, until fully melted and smooth.
  • In a large bowl, combine the melted butterscotch and lightly crushed Shredded Wheat cereal until all of the cereal is fully coated.
  • Place tablespoon-sized scoops of the mixture on the parchment-lined baking sheets and make an indent in the middle to resemble a nest shape. Place 3 Cadbury Mini Eggs in the middle of each “nest”.
  • Allow the nests to set for about 15 minutes at room temperature. You can also place them in the refrigerator to speed up this process. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
