Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt the butterscotch chips by microwaving (in a microwave-safe bowl) in 30-second increments, stirring each time, until fully melted and smooth.
In a large bowl, combine the melted butterscotch and lightly crushed Shredded Wheat cereal until all of the cereal is fully coated.
Place tablespoon-sized scoops of the mixture on the parchment-lined baking sheets and make an indent in the middle to resemble a nest shape. Place 3 Cadbury Mini Eggs in the middle of each “nest”.
Allow the nests to set for about 15 minutes at room temperature. You can also place them in the refrigerator to speed up this process. Enjoy!
