Buffalo Chicken Crust Pizza
A low-carb, high-protein pizza alternative. Ground chicken is used as the crust and topped with buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and red onion.

Ingredients
- Ground Chicken Crust
1 lb ground chicken
2 eggs
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Toppings
1/3 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped red onion
ranch or blue cheese (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400F and line a half-size baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the ground chicken, eggs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, & pepper in a bowl. Spread thinly and evenly across the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and spread the buffalo sauce evenly across the “crust”. Top with the mozzarella cheese and chopped red onion. Return to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes.
- Top with ranch or blue cheese dressing if desired & enjoy!
